Sharing these feelings, showing others that they are not the only ones doubting themselves, good therapy. I was roped in a few nights when my wife felt like killing the little angel just to get some sleep. Feeling like that does not make you a bad mom, acting on it dies. Those first six months are pretty awful, it gets easier when he can sit up on his own and you can accomplish big things, like put the laundry away while he plays at your feet. I had those nights, get up at 3am to feed a screaming baby then patter back to bed to a snoring husband. It's a lot of work and not a lot of reward until you are out of the weeds. You will miss this time, hard to tell you that when you're in it, but we are done with breastfeeding and he is so active, that I sort of miss when he was just a little blob sucking the life out of me. It is really really hard, you are not alone.
